Responsive Management
We live here too! We live within a mile of our properties and are full time property managers. There are no distractions of full time employment elsewhere, out of town ownership or large management companies. This insures you will receive prompt, courteous service.

Close to the University
Although we don't rent exclusively to students we do have 30 years experience in this unique market niche. Making a poor housing decision can significantly effect your education. You shouldn't have to worry about maintaining a home. Leave those worries to us.
One to Four Bedrooms
We have a broad portfolio of apartments and houses available. Studio/loft style, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms are available. Some are in larger complexes, some are in smaller buildings like duplexes and we also have single family 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
